Lena Allouche works with her clients to build strong and personalized financial strategies. She is responsible for identifying short and long-term financial solutions for individuals, families, and closely held businesses. Her passion centers around helping families develop strong financial practices that can be passed down to further generations. She drives her practice with the goal that her clients live the best lives they possibly can; as a result of that goal, she works tirelessly for them. Lena is a wealth of knowledge to her clients in the world of finance in regards to: cash flow analysis, risk management, retirement planning, college funding, wealth accumulation, tax minimization, and estate conservation strategies.

Lena holds a Finance degree with a certification in Risk Management and Insurance from the Bauer Honors School of Business at the University of Houston.

Apart from her work in the finance world, she is passionate about community involvement and development. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for Friday Harbour, a 501c3 organization that provides temporary housing for families and patients receiving cancer treatment in the Texas Medical Center. She has volunteered for the Houston Food Bank, BARC Animal Shelter, and has helped put together events for The Women’s Home of Houston. She is a member of the Greater Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Emerging Leaders Institute: a program that is designed to showcase Houston’s prospective leaders. Lena is an advocate for women’s financial literacy and donates her time speaking to women’s groups to educate them on the importance of savings, diversification, and protecting the things they care about the most.

Lena is driven by a strong business ethic and her unconditional love for her family. She can always be found at after school events for her three beautiful nieces. Her involvement with family and the community is what drives Lena to be a better activist for her clients.
